Refund Policy
Short version: if you haven't used what you paid for, ask for your money back within 30 days and you'll get it. Details below.
1. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, Spanish consumer-protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal from any distance contract, with no justification required. To exercise it, email billing@antigravity.com within 14 days of the purchase. We will refund in full to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.
One exception, which you accept at checkout: if you begin consuming the service — running a Q&A query, a literature review, a draft generation, a chat-with-PDF turn, or any other AI action — during the withdrawal period, you waive the right of withdrawal for the portion already consumed, in accordance with Art. 103(m) RDL 1/2007. Unused portions remain refundable for the full 14 days.
2. Our 30-day goodwill guarantee
Beyond the statutory 14 days, we voluntarily extend a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase for the following:
- Unused credits — any credit that is still in your balance (not yet consumed) is refundable pro-rata to the USD you paid for it. Credits from the +10% crypto bonus are treated the same as paid credits for this calculation (i.e. refunded at the paid-per-credit rate, not at face value).
- Subscriptions within the first 30 days— if you cancel a Scholar, Pro, or API subscription within 30 days of the first charge and have used fewer than 20% of that tier's included monthly quota across all actions, we refund the charge in full. Otherwise we refund the pro-rata unused portion at our discretion.
3. What's not refundable
- Credits that have already been consumed by an AI action, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output.
- Subscription renewals beyond the first period, once the period has begun. Cancel at any time from /account/billing to stop future renewals.
- Crypto top-ups to wallet addresses other than our advertised receiving address, or in assets we do not support. We cannot recover funds sent outside our stated chains and assets.
- Network (gas) fees paid by you to miners/validators — these go to the chain, not to us.
- Charges older than 30 days from the original payment date, except where consumer law grants you longer.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@antigravity.com with:
- The email address of your Antigravity account.
- The Stripe invoice number (for card) or the transaction hash (for crypto). Both are visible at /account/billing.
- A short description of why you're asking.
We aim to reply within two (2) business days and to complete refunds within seven (7) business days of approval.
Card refunds
Refunds go to the original card via Stripe. Your bank typically posts them within 5-10 business days. Note that the ~1.4%–3% Stripe processing fee is not refundable by Stripe; we absorb it.
Crypto refunds
Crypto refunds are sent in the same asset and chain you used. You bear the gas cost of the return transaction, which we deduct from the refunded amount. Refunds go to the wallet address that originated the deposit, unless you provide a signed message proving control of an alternative address.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a card charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We prefer to resolve refunds directly — it's faster for you and cheaper for us. Please email us first.
6. Errors on our end
If an AI action fails because of a server-side error, credits are returned automatically to your balance. If we bill you in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), we refund the difference in full without requiring a request, as soon as we detect or are notified of the error.
