Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Antigravity's services, including the open-science archive, AI-assisted research tools, and paid subscription tiers.
1. Who we are
Antigravity is operated by Antigravity S.L., a Spanish single-shareholder limited-liability company (Sociedad Limitada Unipersonal) with tax identification number B16867947, with registered offices at Calle Tarongers 3, 46680 Algemesí, Valencia, Spain, and registered at the Registro Mercantil de Valencia, Tomo 11047, Libro 8325, Folio 179, Hoja V-200260, Inscripción 1ª(collectively, "Antigravity", "we", or "us"). You can reach us at contact@antigravity.com for general questions, or billing@antigravity.com for billing matters.
2. Acceptance
By creating an Antigravity account, by making a payment for any Antigravity service, or by using any feature gated behind authentication, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into this contract. If you are using Antigravity on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
3. The services
We provide, broadly:
- The archive at arxiv.antigravity.com — a free-to-read preprint repository with submission, moderation, and discovery features.
- AI research tools — question answering, literature reviews, chat-with-PDF, and editorial briefs, powered by third-party large language models.
- Paid tiers — Scholar, Pro, API, and Enterprise — each granting a published quota of included actions per calendar month plus tier-specific features.
- Credits — a prepaid, non-refundable-after-spend unit of account used to pay for AI actions beyond the included quota. Credits are purchasable with card (via Stripe) or with supported crypto assets.
We reserve the right to add, modify, deprecate, or remove features at any time. Material removals that affect paid tiers will be communicated by email at least fifteen (15) days in advance, and you may cancel with a pro-rated refund for unused time if the removal materially degrades the service you paid for.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your email address current. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (available free on every account).
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, abuse of AI features, fraudulent payments, harassment, attempts to reverse-engineer moderation, scraping at a rate that degrades the service for others, or any activity that violates applicable law.
5. Paid subscriptions
Subscriptions bill at the price displayed on /pricing at the moment of purchase. Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout based on your billing location.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from /account/billing; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless our Refund Policy applies.
Included monthly quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits purchased separately never expire (subject to clause 15).
6. Credits and crypto top-ups
Credits may be purchased in fixed packs (card) or as arbitrary USD-equivalent amounts (crypto). Crypto top-ups are credited at the USD value of the verified on-chain transaction plus the advertised bonus, once the minimum confirmations for the chain have elapsed. We support ETH and USDC on Ethereum mainnet and Base L2; transactions on other chains, with other assets, or below the advertised minimum are not credited and cannot be refunded.
Once credits are consumed by an AI action they are non-refundable, even if you find the output unsatisfactory. If an AI action fails on our side due to a server error, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
7. AI outputs — no warranty of correctness
Outputs produced by our AI tools are research aids, not peer review. They can be incorrect, fabricate citations, misattribute ideas, or miss context. You are responsible for verifying any output you rely on. Do not use Antigravity as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
We do not own the raw text of AI outputs; you retain whatever rights the underlying model licenses grant to end users. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store your prompts and completions for the purposes of operating the service, debugging, abuse prevention, and (in aggregated, non-identifying form) product improvement.
8. Your content
When you upload a preprint, a PDF for chat, a query, or any other material, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us the minimum license necessary to store, process, and display the content in order to provide the services you requested.
Published preprints are released under the license you select at submission (default: CC-BY-4.0). By submitting, you agree to that license and to Antigravity's indexing, mirroring, and metadata-export practices (OAI-PMH, Google Scholar meta tags).
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, signature checks, or access-control on pre-publication moderation queues.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that solicits or facilitates illegal activity.
- Use AI features to generate large-scale spam, harassment, or disinformation, or to produce output that impersonates a real person.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the services or their outputs in a manner that competes with Antigravity's paid tiers.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorisation.
10. Intellectual property
Antigravity's code, design, trademarks, and brand assets remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our trademarks. Your pre-print submissions remain yours and are published under the license you selected.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antigravity's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — in particular, nothing limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from /account/billing. You may delete your account by writing to privacy@antigravity.com; we will delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention obligations. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach with reasonable notice.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For any material change, we will notify active paid customers by email at least fifteen (15) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Inactive accounts and dormant credits
Credits are forfeited if an account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months. We will email the registered address at least sixty (60) days before forfeiture. "Inactive" means no sign-in and no API request.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to sue in your place of residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes out of court.
